摘要
对历年来中美汽车轮胎产品投诉与缺陷召回数据进行分析。研究表明:中美两国汽车轮胎投诉与召回的品牌、缺陷分布比较接近;而平均每年的轮胎召回次数、召回量及轮胎制造商主动召回率差异较大,美国远高于中国。美国汽车轮胎召回已较成熟,中国汽车轮胎召回尚处于起步阶段,建议中国应尽快完善汽车轮胎召回制度、加强对汽车轮胎召回的宣传教育、完善汽车轮胎行业标准体系等。
The complaint and defective recall data of Chinese and American automobile tire products over the past years were analyzed. Research results showed that,the brand and defects distribution of tire complaints and recalls in the United States and China were similar,while there was a big difference between the two countries in the average annual frequency of recalls,recall amount of tires and the rate of initiative recall by tire manufactures,and the data of the United States were much higher than those of China. The automobile tire recall in American was relatively mature,and that in China was still in the starting stage. It is suggested that China should improve the automobile tire recall system as soon as possible,strengthen the publicity and education of automobile tire recalls,and improve the standard system of automobile tire industry.
