1990年与2015年中国归因于水果摄入不足的疾病负担分析 被引量:9

摘要 目的对比分析1990年与2015年中国归因于水果摄入不足的疾病负担。方法采用2015年全球疾病负担数据,分析我国1990年与2015年归因于水果摄入不足的人群归因分值(PAF)、死亡率、伤残调整寿命年(DALY)等指标及其变化趋势;对比中国与全球及不同社会人口学指数(SDI)地区水果摄入不足造成的疾病负担。结果 1990~2015年中国居民水果摄入不足的PAF上升36.05%,归因死亡人数增加至77.18万例,归因死亡率增长至55.79/10万,年龄标化后的归因死亡率下降28.93%。归因DALY增加至1823.78万人年,归因DALY率上升了7.66%,年龄标化归因DALY率下降34.62%,YLLs/YLDs下降了35.64%。男性归因于水果摄入不足的疾病负担高于女性,70岁以上老年人群高于年轻人群。1990~2015年中国食管癌、气管、支气管和肺癌以及鼻咽癌归因疾病负担高于全球以及不同SDI地区。结论水果摄入不足是我国心血管疾病及癌症重要的危险因素之一,应针对重点人群采取干预措施。 Objective To analyze the burden of disease attributable to diet low in fruits in 1990 and 2015 in China. Methods Data were obtained from GBD 2015, and PAF, death rate, DALY were used to reflect the burden of disease attributable to diet low in fruits in China. Age-standardized death rates and DALY rates were used to compare the differences between China and globally and SDI groups. Results During 1990-2013, the PAF of diet low in fruits increased by 35.90%,the number of deaths attributable to diet low in fruits increased to 0.77 million, and the death rate increased to 55.79 per 100000,the age-standardized death rate decreased by 28.93%. DALY caused by diet low in fruits increased by 29.01% from 1990 to 2015,and the DALY rate caused by diet low in fruits increased by 7.66%, the age-standardized DALY rate decreased by 34.62%. Burden of disease attributable to diet low in fruits for males were much higher than for females, and it mainly concentrated in the elderly population. The burden of esophageal cancer, tracheal, bronchus, and lung cancer, nasopharynx cancer attributable to diet low in fruits in China were higher than globally and different SDI groups. Conclusion Diet low in fruits is one of the most important risk factors for cardiovascular disease and cancer in China, and effective interventions and measures are urgently needed to reduce burden of disease for individual, family and society.
