婴幼儿喂养指数及与生长发育关系研究进展

Progress in researches on associations of infant and child feeding index with growth and development

婴幼儿期的喂养行为对其生长发育有极为重要的影响。为了综合评价喂养行为,国外学者率先提出了喂养指数的概念及评分标准。近年来国内外对喂养指数评分标准和喂养指数与生长发育关系不断深入研究。本文通过计算机检索Pub Med、中国知网(CNKI)和万方数据库,共收集24篇文献,对婴幼儿喂养指数的评价标准及与生长发育关系的研究进展进行综述,为科学评价婴幼儿营养状况提供依据。

Feeding behavior during infant and childhood has an important impact on growth and development of infant and child. In order to evaluate feeding behavior comprehensively, foreign scholars have put forward the concept of infant and child feeding index （ICFI） and the scoring standard. In recent years, the scoring standard and the relationship between ICFI and growth and development have been continuously studied at home and abroad. A total of 24 literatures were collected with computer search through PubMed, China National Knowledge Infrastructure （CNKI）, and Wanfang database. The evaluation criteria of ICFI and research progress on the relationship between ICFI and growth and development of infants and children were summarized to provide evidences for scientific evaluation on nutritional status of infants and young children.
