摘要
为了分析比较舍饲羊与放牧羊粪便中细菌群落的多样性,试验采集新疆石河子周边地区舍饲羊与放牧羊的粪便,采用BHI培养基进行细菌培养、细菌计数和细菌鉴定。结果表明:放牧羊粪便中的细菌总数平均为2.27×10-8个/g,舍饲羊粪便中的细菌总数平均为1.05×10-7个/g,且两种饲养方式的羊粪便中都以革兰氏阴性杆菌和革兰氏阳性球菌为主,除此之外还有其他菌种。说明放牧羊粪便中的细菌数较舍饲羊粪便中的细菌数更丰富。
In order to compare and analyze the diversity of bacterial communities in faeces from rearing sheep and grazing sheep,faece samples were collected in this experiment from rearing sheep and grazing sheep in the surrounding area of Shihezi of Xinjiang province; BHI medium were used for bacterial culture,bacterial counts and identification. The results showed that total bacterial number in faeces of grazing sheep was an average of 2.27×10-8/g faece,and the number in faeces of grazing sheep was an average of 1.05×10-8/g faece. Gram-negative bacillus and Grampositive coccus mainly existed in the faeces of sheep in both feeding manners; besides,other bacteria were also contained. The results suggested that bacterial count in faece of grazing sheep was more abundant than that in faece of rearing sheep.
