摘要
为了考察滇黔地区滇重楼药材中无机元素的含量状况,试验采用原子吸收光度法和原子荧光光度法测定滇黔地区14个不同产地滇重楼中镉(Cd)、铬(Cr)、铜(Cu)、铅(Pb)、锰(Mn)、镍(Ni)、钾(K)、钠(Na)、锡(Sn)、锌(Zn)、钙(Ca)、镁(Mg)、砷(As)、汞(Hg)共14种无机元素的含量。结果表明:滇重楼样品中14种无机元素的含量在线性范围内线性关系良好(r〉0.997 1),平均回收率为90.81%-109.73%,RSD≤4.53%。14批次滇重楼样品中,均未检出Cr、Sn,部分批次检出Cd、Pb,其余10种无机元素均检出。不同产地滇重楼药材中14种无机元素的质量分数及组成结构比存在明显的差异,采用聚类分析将14个不同产地的滇重楼药材分为三类,无机元素含量的聚类分析与主成分分析结果相似。
To investigate the content of inorganic elements in Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis from Yunnan and Guizhou Provinces,atomic absorption spectrometry and atomic fluorescence spectrometry were conducted to determine the content of 14 inorganic elements( Cd,Cr,Cu,Pb,Mn,Ni,K,Na,Sn,Zn,Ca,Mg,As,Hg) in Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis from 14 different regions of Yunnan and Guizhou Provinces. The results showed that,14 inorganic elements in Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis samples showed a good linear relationship in the linear range( r〉0. 997 1),the average recovery rate were 90. 81%-109. 73%,RSD ≤ 4. 53%. Cr,Sn were not detected in all the 14 batches of Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis samples,Cd,Pb were detected in several batches,the other 10 inorganic elements were detected in all the samples. There were significant difference in the mass fraction and the composition ratio of 14 inorganic elements in Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis from different regions,cluster analysis divided Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis from 14 different producing areas into 3 categories. The classification result according to principal component analysis was consistent with the cluster analysis.
