摘要 糖尿病是一种以糖代谢紊乱为主要表现的临床综合征,其中95%为2型糖尿病(T2DM),T2DM患者往往是胰岛素抵抗和胰岛素分泌不足合并存在,临床症状可表现为烦渴、多饮、多尿、多食及体重下降等,在疾病发展过程中可造成多器官损害,导致心、脑、肾、周围神经等多个组织器官损伤的慢性并发症,是临床上常见的致死致残重要因素。维生素D(VitD)是一种脂溶性维生素,不仅可增强骨密度、调节机体钙和磷的代谢,VitD还具有保护胰岛β细胞、改善胰岛素抵抗和免疫调节作用,与糖尿病、动脉粥样硬化及部分自身免疫性疾病的发生发展也密切相关。严重的VitD缺乏可增加T2DM发生风险,而适当补充VitD可降低上述风险,人们正逐渐揭开VitD与T2DM之间关系的面纱,但仍有许多未知领域值得探索。本文就近年来国内外对于VitD与T2DM关系的研究进展作一综述。 Diabetes mellitus is a clinical syndrome characterized mainly by disorders of glucose metabolism, and 95% of them are T2DM. Commonly the T2DM patients both have insulin resistance and insufficiency and they manifested as polydipsia, polyuria, overeating and weight loss. In the course of disease development, T2DM can cause multiple system damage and lead to chronic complications of heart, kidney, nerve and other tissues and organs. These are common causes of death and disability in clinic. Vitamin D(VitD) is a fatsoluble vitamin, and it can increase bone density and regulate calcium and phosphorus metabolism. VitD also has other functions such as protecting of islet ~ cells and improving insulin resistance and immune function. It is also closely related to the development of diabetes, atherosclerosis and some autoimmune diseases. A lack of VitD may increases the risk of T2DM. A proper supplement of VitD can reduce the risk mentioned above. People are gradually unveiling the veil of the relationship between VitD and T2DM, but there are still a lot of unknown fields worth exploring. In this paper, the research progress on the relationship between VitD and T2DM at home and abroad in recent years is reviewed.
