阴道分泌物常规检验的临床意义研究

Clinical significance of routine examination of vaginal secretions

目的探讨阴道分泌物常规检验的临床意义。方法选取2014年5月-2016年12月韶关市浈江区妇幼保健计划生育服务中心妇科门诊接治并行常规阴道分泌物检查患者2 080例,对比分析所有患者分泌物清洁度及常规检查结果。结果 2 080例患者中检验出阴道炎患者1 837例,其中因真菌引起阴道炎症患者867例,因滴虫引起阴道炎症患者542例,细菌引起引导炎症患者283例,其他类型炎症患者145例。结论真菌及滴虫感染成为阴道感染主要因素,女性按时进行阴道分泌物常规检测可有效预防妇科疾病,保障身体健康。

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of routine exam/nation of vaginal secretions. Methods From May 2014 to December 2016, 2 080 patients with conventional vaginal discharge examination were treated with gynecological outpatient in Shaoguan City Zhenjiang District Maternal and Child Health Care Family Planning Service Center, the cleanliness of secretion and results of routine examination were compared. Results Among 2 080 patients, 1 837 cases were diagnosed as vaginitis, including 867 cas- es of vaginitis due to fungi, 542 cases of vaginitis due to Trichomonas, 283 cases of vaginitis due to bacteria, 145 cases of other types of vaginitis. Conclusion The fungi and trichomonas infection are the main factors of vaginal infection. The regular detection of vaginal secretions can prevent the gynecological diseases and ensure the health.
