延续护理对老年全髋关节置换术后的影响

Effect of continuation nursing on total hip arthroplasty in elderly patients

目的探讨延续护理对老年全髋关节置换术后的影响。方法随机选择2016年2月-2017年2月天津医科大学总医院滨海医院收治的86例行全髋关节置换术老年患者作为研究对象,根据不同护理方式将其分为对照组与观察组各43例患者,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上添加延续护理,比较两组髋关节功能恢复情况、并发症发生率。结果观察组髋关节功能恢复情况明显高于对照组,且并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年全髋关节置换患者术后实施延续护理措施,护理效果良好,既可改善患者的髋关节功能,又可减少术后并发症发生几率,临床应用价值较高,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of continuation nursing on total hip arthroplasty in elderly patients. Methods A total of 86 patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty from February 2016 to February 2017 in General Hospital of Tianjin Medical University were enrolled in this study and divided into control group and observation group with 43 cases in each group, according to different nursing methods. The control group was given routine care, the observation group added continuous nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The hip functional recovery and incidence of complications between two groups were compared. Results The recovery rate of hip joint in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the complication rate was significantly lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Continuation nursing given to total hip arthroplasty in elderly patients can get better nursing efficacy, improve the hip function and reduce the risk of postoperative complications. The clinical applica- tion value is high and worthy of promotion.
