“一带一路”背景下山东省海洋主导产业定位研究

Research on the Orientation of Marine Leading Industry in Shandong Province under the Background of “ One Belt and One Road”

"十二五"期间,"一带一路"尤其是"21世纪海上丝绸之路"战略的提出为我国海洋经济的发展带来重大机遇,同时也为山东省海洋经济带来了发展机遇。文章在分析"一带一路"建设为山东省海洋产业发展带来机遇的基础上,运用灰色关联分析法对山东省海洋主导产业定位进行研究,得出近期山东省海洋主导产业即海洋渔业、海洋盐业、海洋船舶业和海洋交通运输业,并提出推进海洋主导产业发展的相应对策建议,以期为山东省海洋产业更好地融入"一带一路"战略提供参考。

During the ＂ Twelve-Five＂, the ＂ One Belt and One Road＂, especially the ＂21 st century Maritime Silk Road＂ strategy has brought great opportunities for the development of China＇s marine economy, meanwhile it also has brought development opportunities for the marine economy in Shandong Province. Based on the analysis that ＂ One Belt and One Road＂ construction brought about the opportunities to the development of marine industry in Shandong Province, this paper uses the method of gray relational analysis to study the marine leading industry in Shandong Province,and draws the conclusion that the marine leading industry is the Marine fishery, Marine oil and gas industry, Marine salt industry, Marine cargo ships and Marine transportation industry in recent years,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions that can promote the development of the marine leading industry, in order to provide a reference for the marine industry in Shandong Province to better integrate into the ＂all along the way＂ strategy.
