Nursing of patients with root canal retreatment

目的 总结根管再治疗患者的护理干预方法.方法 选取采用ProTaper机用锉行磨牙根管再治疗的60例患者作为本次研究的对象,随机分为对照组和研究组.对照组采用常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上,完善术前、术中、术后的全方位护理干预,比较两组单根管治疗时间、并发症发生率和患者满意度.结果 研究组患者单根管治疗时间为（10.11±3.11） min,对照组为（13.11±5.28） min,差异有统计学意义（t=-2.636,P=0.011）;研究组并发症发生率为6.90%,低于对照组的20.69%,差异无统计学意义（χ^2=2.32,P=0.128）.结论 在根管再治疗患者中,强化术前、术中、术后护理,能够有效提升根管疏通效果,减少并发症的发生.

Objective To summarize the nursing intervention for patients with root canal retreatment. Methods A total of 70 patients who received retreatment of the root canal by ProTaper file were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care. On the basis of the control group, comprehensive nursing was performed and perfected before, during and after the whole process in the treatment group. The treatment time, complication incidence and patient＇s satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The treatment time was （10.11±3.11） minutes in the treatment group and （13.11±5.28） minutes in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （t=-2.636, P=0.011）. The incidence of complication in the treatment group was 6.90%, which was lower than that of the control group 20.69%, however, there was no statistical significance in the difference （χ^2=2.32,P=0.128）. Conclusions In the retreatment of root canal, strengthening preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative nursing can effectively improve the effect of root canal dredging and reduce the incidence of complications.
