无砟轨道长波高低不平顺管理标准的研究 被引量:13

摘要 研究目的:高速铁路要求轨道具有高平顺性,需要关注的波长也越来越长。目前,轨道长波高低不平顺的管理和评价还存在不足。因此,本文基于多体动力学理论和综合检测列车实测数据,初步探讨300~350 km/h高速铁路轨道长波高低不平顺管理标准和评价方法建议。研究结论:(1)综合分析仿真和实测数据波长和幅值的关联关系,建议300~350 km/h无砟轨道长波高低不平顺管理波长应扩展到150 m;(2)基于惯性测量原理,设计优化了综合检测车轨道检测滤波算法,实现了150 m截止波长高低不平顺的动态检测;(3)建议300~350 km/h高速铁路无砟轨道用70~150 m带通滤波不平顺方式来评价长波高低不平顺,使现场养修更有针对性;同时,提出了相应的幅值和均值管理标准建议值;(4)本研究结论可为后续轨道检测设备研发和工务养护维修等提供参考。 Research purposes: Track irregularities need to be controlled smoother in high - speed railway. Irregularity wavelength which should be controlled is longer and longer. Now, there are also some lacks in track long -wave longitudinal level irregularity management and evaluation. Based on muhibody dynamics theory and actual inspected data, this paper preliminarily discusses track long- wave longitudinal level irregularity management standards and evaluation methods of 300 -350 km/h high -speed railway. Research conclusions: ( 1 ) The relationship between the wave length and the amplitude of simulation and measured data is comprehensively analyzed. The max wavelength of ballastless track should be extended to 150 m. (2) Based on inertia measurement theory, track inspection filter of comprehensive inspection train (CIT) is optimized for 150 m upper cut - off wavelength longitudinal level irregularity output. (3) 70 - 150 m band - pass method is suggested to evaluate track long - wave longitudinal level irregularity for 300 - 350 km/h high - speed railway. The peak and average standards suggestion values are also provided. (4) These conclusions can be referred to future track inspection device research and permanent maintenance.
