摘要
探究在工程项目团队中心理授权对工程项目团队成员不道德亲组织行为的影响及其内在作用机制,并引入组织惯例作为调节变量。采用SPSS18.0和AMOS17.0进行多元线性回归和验证性因子分析,研究结果表明,心理授权对工程项目团队成员不道德亲组织行为存在显著正向影响,而组织惯例负向调节心理授权对不道德亲组织行为的正向影响,即存在一定的抑制作用。从而提出工程项目团队管理者对团队成员不道德亲组织行为的权变管理对策。
This paper examined the influencing mechanism of Psychological Empowerment on Unethical Pro-organization Behavior of Construction Project Team, and introduced Organization Routines as a moderator. In this paper, SPSS18.0 and AMOS17.0 were used for multiple regression and confirmatory factor analysis. The research results show that Psychological Empowerment have positive impacts on Unethical Pro-organization Behavior of Construction Project Team, while Organization Routines moderates the relationship between Psychological Empowemtent and Unethical Pro- organization Behavior. This research might provide basic guidelines for the contractor to manage the contingency of Unethical Pro-organization Behavior in Construction Project Team.
