摘要
为提高海洋环境下飞机电子元器件的耐腐蚀性能,使用电子电气缓蚀剂进行防护。采用温度试验箱模拟电子电气缓蚀剂的使用温度,通过测量不同试验温度下试样的接触电阻,计算试样接触电阻的变化率,评定低温环境下电子电气缓蚀剂对试样电性能的影响。结果表明95%的接触点接触电阻变化率不超过7%,温度越低,缓蚀剂对试样接触电阻的影响越大。
In order to improve the corrosion resistance of airplane electronic components under marine environment, an electronics corrosion inhibitor was applied. The temperature test chamber was used to simulate the using temperature of electronics corrosion inhibitor. The change rate of contact resistance was calculated by measuring contact resistance of specimen in different test temperature, and the effect of electronics corrosion inhibitor on the electrical properties of the sample under the low temperature environment was evaluated. The results show that the change rate of contact resistance of 95 % contact point is no more than 7 %, and the temperature is lower, the change of contact resistance is greater.
