摘要
在航天产品研制及改进设计阶段,应用仿真技术可以避免传统依赖经验进行设计的盲目性,可以达到节省研制周期与成本的目的。本文以某航天装置为例,最初产品不能满足环境试验要求,应用仿真手段对其进行改进设计,试验结果表明改进后各项关心指标能够满足要求,试验与仿真结果误差在5%以内。
In development and improvement design phase of aerospace products, the using of simulation technology can avoid the blindness of structural modification by experience, and can achieve the purpose of saving time and cost. In this paper, the aerospace assembly can' t satisfy the environment test requirement in the initial, and after the using of improvement design by simulation method, the concerned quota can satisfy the requirement, and the error between test result and simulation result is less than 5 %.
