摘要
为满足高功率激光装置散热要求,综述了空气冷却、液体冷却、热管冷却、喷雾冷却、冲击射流冷却、微通道结构等典型高热流密度散热技术的基本原理、基本流程以及国内外的研究现状,并分析了现有冷却技术存在的问题。综合分析发现,喷雾冷却、冲击射流冷却、微通道结构是三种非常有效的冷却方式,为处理高热流密度散热问题提供了重要的发展方向。
In order to meet the requirements of heat dissipation for high power laser system, the basic heat dissipation principle, basic process and the research status at home and abroad of typical heat dissipation technology with high heat flux are detailedly reviewed in this paper, such as air cooling, liquid cooling, heat-pipe cooling, spray cooling, impinging jets cooling and micro-channel structure cooling, and then the existing problems of the cooling technology are also analyzed. Based on the comprehensive analysis, it is found that the spray cooling, impinging jets cooling and micro-channel structure cooling are three very effective cooling methods, which provide an important development direction to deal with the heat dissipation problem with heat flux.
