高含盐有机废液热处理技术研究进展 被引量:21

DEVELOPMENT OF THERMAL TREATMENT OF HIGH-SALT ORGANIC WASTEWATER

摘要 高含盐有机废液处理技术是当前危险废物处理领域的难点之一,以热处理为代表的资源化处理技术正逐渐成为该领域研究热点。以废液焚烧、蒸发结晶、热解气化等高含盐有机废液热处理技术为研究对象,从处理对象、工艺主体装置、操作参数、处理效果等方面介绍目前国内外研究进展,系统阐述了以上工艺特点。通过对比发现:废液焚烧和蒸发结晶技术均有二次危废产生,而热解气化技术能够充分回收高含盐有机废液中残余热值及盐分,避免二次危废的产生,具有良好的发展前景。 The treatment technology of high-salt organic wastewater is one of the difficulties in the current disposal of hazardous waste. The thermal treatment represents the resource treatment technology,and is becoming a hot spot in the field. Taking the thermal treatment technology of high-salt organic wastewater(incineration, evaporation-crystallization and pyrolysis gasification) as the subject of study, the present research progresses at home and abroad were introduced and the characteristics of process above were systematically expounded from the aspects of objects,main body devices,operation parameters,treatment effects, etc. According to the comparison result, the process of incineration and evaporationcrystallization produced the secondary hazardous waste. But the pyrolysis gasification technology could achieve the target of fully recycling of residual calorific value and salt,and avoid the generation of secondary hazardous waste,which had good prospects for development.
