“SO_2近零排放”型煤技术研发新进展 被引量:3

NEW DEVELOPMENT OF “SO_2 NEAR-ZERO EMISSION” BY USING BRIQUETTE TECHNOLOGY

摘要 型煤是解决民用散烧煤用户大气污染的有效途径,但目前市面上的型煤固硫率仍较低,仅为40%~60%,且存在高温下SO_2的二次释放和受潮易破碎的问题,据此研发了一种新型固硫剂和新型黏结剂,具有较高的高温固硫率和较好的经济性。采用与之配套的新型生产工艺设备,制备出的型煤在燃烧过程中能"定温、定时、定向开花";经实验测得该类型煤在Ca/S为2、燃烧温度为1 100℃条件下,固硫率近100%,二氧化硫趋于零排放,燃尽率达到95%以上,达到节煤目的。同时,新型黏结剂的使用,提高了型煤的防水性,改善了型煤贮存性能。 Briquette is an effective way to solve the air pollution of civil scattered coal users. However,the sulfur fixation rate of coal was still low at present,only about 40% ~ 60%,and there existed the problem of secondary release of SO_2 and moisture fragile in high temperature. In this paper,a new type of sulfur-fixing agent and binder was studied,which had better sulfur fixation rate in high temperature and good economy. A new type of production equipment was adopted,and the briquette could be heated,timed and directionally cracked during the combustion process. The experimental results showed that at the condition of Ca/S of 2 and combustion temperature of 1 100 ℃,the sulfur fixation effect reached nearly 100%,sulfur dioxide tended to zero emission and the burnout rate reached more than 95%,and achieved the purpose of coal saving. The use of new binder improved the waterproof property of the briquette,and improved the storability of the briquette.
