摘要
以贵广客运专线油竹山隧道为研究背景,采用CGKL-76分室反吸可移动式袋式除尘器与巷道式通风系统联合实验,通过激光粉尘测量仪(DC-3LP)在隧道掌子面爆破后不同点位、不同时间段上游离SiO_2粉尘的浓度值进行监测,并对掌子面爆破后游离SiO_2粉尘扩散特性以及衬砌台车对粉尘的阻碍影响进行分析。研究表明:掌子面爆破后衬砌台车两侧游离SiO_2粉尘出现明显分界,台车前端粉尘浓度曲线呈下凹分布;采用除尘设备联合通风后,台车前端积尘效应有所改善,粉尘浓度曲线呈上凸分布;正洞内压入式风机入风口出现回流现象。
Taking the Youzhushan tunnel of Guizhou-Guangzhou high speed rail as the research background,the CGKL-76 chamber-return suction movable bag filter and the tunnel ventilation system were combined to experiment with the laser dust measurement instrument(DC-3LP) in the tunnel. The free SiO_2 dust was monitored by DC-3LP at different points and different time periods after tunnel face blasting. The diffusive characteristics of free SiO_2 dust and the influence of lining platform car on dust were analyzed. The results showed that the concentration of free SiO_2 dust on both sides of the lining platform car is clearly demarcated,the dust concentration curve at the front end of the lining platform car was concave distribution,after combined ventilation with dust removal equipment,the dust accumulation effect at the front end of the lining platform car was reduced,and the distribution of dust concentration curve was convex. The reflux phenomenon appeared at the inlet of the axial-flow fan in the main tunnel.
