临近化学品聚集区浅埋隧道爆破控制与安全防护技术研究

摘要 针对山区城镇浅埋隧道明挖爆破施工过程中产生的飞石和冲击波对某化工厂的威胁,以理论计算为基础,并结合实际工程采取将露天爆破改为隧道上台阶增设套拱封闭,再进行下台阶爆破作业,有效地防止了爆破飞石,减弱爆破噪音和冲击波以及爆破振动的影响,这为今后类似工程积累了丰富的隧道爆破施工经验,也有着重要的理论指导意义。 To cope with the threat of flying rocks and shock wave of blasting in the open-cut tunnel construction near a chemical plant in the mountain towns, on the basis of theoretical calculation and combined with practical engineering, the steps upon the tunnel adding closed arch further bench blasting operation is adopted instead of open pit blasting, which effectively prevented flying rock, reduced the influence of blasting noise, shock wave and blasting vibration. It has accumulated abundant experience in tunnel blasting construction for similar projects in the future, and also has important theoretical guiding significance.
