摘要
本文分析总结了盲样考核样品中金黄色葡萄球菌在Baird-Parker琼脂平板上的典型菌落计数对检验结果准确性的影响。结果显示当实验人员挑取典型菌落不正确或没有对典型菌落进行分类鉴定时结果将存在很大的差异。这表明金黄色葡萄球菌在Baird-Parker琼脂平板上出现不同类型典型菌落应通过分类计数鉴定,以减少典型菌落计数干扰,增加检测结果的准确性。
In this paper, the effect of Staphylococcus aureus on the accuracy of the test results was summarized in the blind sample assessment samples. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the results when the experimenter selected the typical colony or did not classify the typical colony. This indicates that staphylococcus aureus on the baird-parker AGAR plate has different types of typical colonies, which should be identified by classification counting to reduce the interference of typical colony counting and increase the accuracy of the test results.
