摘要
GB 13432-2013和GB 28050-2011中均涉及到了营养标签的标注。然而在运用中两标准却有很大的差别。准确对这些差异以及其联系进行识别和辨析有助于检验机构对营养标签的判定,有利于消费者对营养标识的正确解读,本文比较了这两个标准涉及到营养标签上的不同和联系,进一步明确了标准的使用范围和限制情况。
The nutrition labeling have been both involved in the standard GB 13432-2013 and GB 28050-2011.Nevertheless, the two standards demonstrate heavy difference in the application. It is important to detect both the difference and the connection between the difference and connection, which will help the determination of the quality of nutrition labeling for the supervision institute and the correct acknowledgement for the common consumers. The paper mainly discusses the difference and connection between the two specific standards in the aspect of nutrition labeling, and the using scope and restriction have been further specified.
