摘要
近期本公司接到了国外客户所订购的一批薄壁铝合金型材,客户要求成品表面不能够存在金属毛刺和颗粒等缺陷。经研究后决定尝试调整生产过程中的工艺参数,找出对于该型材最合理的生产工艺。本文通过尝试不同的铸锭加热温度和挤压速度,并搭配使用不同的合金成分进行挤压试验,研究了挤压后型材表面质量和力学性能。结果表明,当6005A铝合金的成分(质量分数,%)为0.561 Si、0.460 Mg、0.185 Fe、0.107 Cu、0.218 Mn、0.013 Cr、0.020 Ti、0.003 Zn时,同时在铸锭加热温度490~500℃、挤压速度2.5~3.0 m/min的工艺条件下,可以生产出表面质量和力学性能均符合要求的产品。
Recently the company received a batch of thin-walled aluminum alloy profiles ordered by foreign customer. Required the surface of finished product to be unable existing metal burrs and particles and other defects. We decided to try to adjust the process parameters in production to find out the most reasonable production process for the profile after the study. In this paper,the surface quality and mechanical properties of extruded profiles were studied by trying different heating temperature and extrusion speed of ingot and matching different alloy components to carry out the extrusion test. The results show that when the composition( ω,%) of 6005 A aluminum alloy is 0. 561 Si,0. 460 Mg,0. 185 Fe,0. 107 Cu,0. 218 Mn,0. 013 Cr,0. 020 Ti,0. 003 Zn,the heating temperature of ingot is at 490 - 500 ℃ and extrusion speed is2. 5 - 3. 0 m/min,the product that the surface quality and mechanical properties are meet the requirements can be produced.
