摘要
研究了18CrNiMo7-6钢经"正火+调质"、"正火+回火"两种不同工艺预备热处理的金相组织、抗畸变和力学性能。结果表明:"正火+调质"的试样,抗畸变性能、综合力学性能优于"正火+回火"的;经"正火+调质"的试样,边缘的金相组织比心部的更均匀细小;调质热处理的金相组织更加均匀、贝氏体更少。因此,18CrNiMo7-6渗碳淬火钢,预备热处理采用"正火+调质"的组织和性能优于"正火+回火"的,对于高参数齿轮更加适用。
The metallographic structure,distortion resistance and mechanical properties of 18CrNiMo7-6 steel are studied after two kinds of different preheat treatment process of normalizing + quenching and tempering and normalizing + tempering. The result shows that the metallographic structure,distortion resistance and synthetical mechanical properties of sample after preheat treatment process of normalizing +quenching and tempering are better than that of normalizing + tempering. The metallographic structure at edge of sample is finer and more uniform than that of core. The metallographic structure of sample after quenching and tempering is more uniform and less bainite. So the structure and performance of 18CrNiMo7-6 steel afternormalizing + quenching and tempering are better than that of normalizing + tempering,which is more suilable for the high parameter gear.
