摘要
针对公司45钢淬火后出现表面裂纹的现象,通过金相组织和热处理后的应力分析,确定制件表面存在脱碳层是导致淬火开裂的主要原因。从产生脱碳的环节进行查找,通过热处理前机加工余量去除的控制,结合热处理加热方式和防氧化的措施,成功解决了这一问题。
Aim at the phenomenon of surface cracks after quenching of 45 steel,through analysis of metallographic structure and heat treatment stress,it is comfirmed that the main cause of quenching cracking is the existence of decarburization layer on the surface of the workpiece. This problem has been successfully solved from the generation of decarbonizing link to find through the controlling the machining allowance before the heat treatment,combined with the heating method of heat treatment and anti oxidation measures,.
