摘要
通过金相显微镜、扫描电镜和EDS能谱仪分析冷轧基板翘皮缺陷微观形貌特征,并结合大量生产数据、工业对比试验分析认为,翘皮缺陷主要成因是热轧过程边部温度低、边角部上翻过程流变不均匀导致。
The microstructure characteristics of the upwarping on the hold-rolled strip for cold rolling were analyzed with metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and EDS (energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy), and the results combined with a large number of industrial production data, industrial com- parative tests showed that the main causes of the upwarping were the temperature at the edge during hot process was low and the flow was not uniform during the period of turning over the edze angle. rolling
