骨膜蛋白在人牙周膜干细胞成纤维表达中的研究进展

Research progress of the role of periostin in the fibroblast expression of human's periodontal ligament stem cell

骨膜蛋白(periostin,POSTN),又名成骨细胞特异性因子2(osteoblast-specific factor 2,OSF-2),在骨膜和牙周膜中被发现,是一种组织完整和成熟必不可少的细胞外基质蛋白,在受恒定机械应力的胶原丰富的纤维结缔组织中表达。目前已有研究表明periostin对于骨、牙齿和心脏的发育均有重要作用。该文就periostin对人牙周膜干细胞成纤维表达的初步研究进行综述。

Periostin（ POSTN）,also known as osteoblast-specific factor 2（ OSF-2）,is found in periosteum and periodontal ligament.It is a kind of extracellular matrix protein which is tissuely integral and essential during maturation,expressing in collagen-enriched fibrous and connective tissue under constant mechanical stress. At present,studies have shown that periostin has huge effects on bones,teeth and heart development. In this paper,preliminary studies of the role of periostin in the fibroblast expression of human＇s periodontal ligament stem cell will be reviewed.
