On the male-oriented cultural perspective in Ling Shuhua's novels

五四新文化运动使一批年轻有才的女性作家接受了新的思想观念的洗礼,他们"人"的意识和女性意识都得到不同程度的觉醒。凌叔华的创作表达了对女性"解放"诉求,揭示出女性自我意识和价值追求的任务的艰巨性和长期性。凌叔华创作中男性的审美和男性价值判断标准不自觉地融入作品,虽是表现女性为争取自由独立,反对封建礼教的呐喊,可是却在无意中暴露出作家在叙述时的男性文化视角。

The May Fourth New Culture Movement has brought a new generation of young and talented female writers to the baptism of new ideas, and their awareness of ＂human＂ and female have been awakened to different degrees. Ling Shuhua＇s creation expresses the de- mand for female liberation and reveals the difi%ulty and long-term nature of the task of female serf-consciousness and value pursuit. The male-oriented standard of aesthetic value judgment in Ling Shuhua＇s creation is not consciously integrated into the work that voices women＇s struggles for freedom and independence as well as their desire against the feudal ethical code, but inadvertently exposes the writer＇s male-oriented cultural perspective in literary creation.
