十九大报告翻译实践与中央文献的日文翻译策略

A Study on the Translation Practice of 19th CPC National Congress Report and the Strategy of Translating Central Committee Literature into Japanese

中央文献对外翻译工作作为我国外宣事业的一个重要组成部分,不仅肩负着"让世界真正认识中国"的重任,而且对于加强我国对外话语体系和国际传播能力建设,增强中国在国际舞台上的话语权具有战略性意义。本论文主要在概括性介绍十九大报告翻译过程的基础上,结合十九大报告系列文件的翻译实践,具体探讨中国特有的政治术语、熟语的对日翻译,以及翻译过程中逻辑关系的梳理与调整等问题,提出中央文献日译实践与研究在日语翻译教学研究中的重要意义。

As an important part of China＇s external propaganda, the translation of Central Committee literature has strategic significance in not only shouldering the important task of ＂letting the world truly understand China＂, but also strengthening China＇s foreign discourse system and international communication capacity as well as enhancing China＇s discourse power on the international stage. Based on the general introduction of the process of translating the report delivered at 19th CPC Nation- al Congress in combination with the translation practice of document series at 19th CPC National Congress, this paper mainly discusses the translation of unique Chinese political terms and colloquialisms into Japanese as well as the ways to analyze and adjust the logical relations in the translation process, and points out the significance of the practice and research of translating central committee literature to Japanese teaching and research.
