摘要
本文分析了食品添加剂高粱红中色价的不确定度评定,通过建立数学模型并分析其不确定来源,得到其不确定来源是测量重复性、样品质量、容量瓶、移液管、分光光度计。结果表明,食品添加剂高粱红色价为29.7±0.3,k=2,不确定主要来源为测量重复性和移液管。
The article analyses evaluation of uncertainty in food additive sorghum red color value, using establishing mathematical model and analyzing its source of uncertaintythe, the source of uncertainty is the measurement of repeatability, sample quality, volumetric flask, pipette, spectrophotometer.The result shows that food additive sorghum red color value is 29.7±0.3, k=2,the main source of uncertainty is repeatability and pipette
