摘要 慢性鼻-鼻窦炎（chronic rhinosinusitis，CRS）是耳鼻咽喉-头颈外科的常见多发病，在中国和欧洲人群中的患病率分别为8％和10．9％，严重影响患者的生活质量，并给社会经济造成极大的疾病负担。目前临床上根据患者是否合并鼻息肉分为两大类：
