高温对大鼠组织CS、OGDH含量和下丘脑线粒体数量的影响 被引量:3

摘要 为了解高温环境对正常大鼠和中枢麻醉大鼠腓肠肌、肝组织柠檬酸合酶(CS)、酮戊二酸脱氢酶(OGDH)含量和下丘脑线粒体数量等能量代谢指标的影响。将40只SPF级SD大鼠,随机分为常温正常对照组(常对组)、高温正常对照组(高对组)、常温中枢麻醉组(常麻组)、高温中枢麻醉组(高麻组),连续饲养30d后测定大鼠葡萄糖(GLU)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)和腓肠肌、肝组织CS、OGDH含量,并观察下丘脑线粒体数量。结果显示,高对组和高麻组的体重和肝组织OGDH的含量、常麻组和高麻组血清TC、高对组和常麻组肝组织CS的含量均显著下降(P<0.01,P<0.05),而高对组和高麻组血清TG和腓肠肌OGDH的含量、常麻组和高麻组腓肠肌CS的含量和下丘脑线粒体数量均显著升高(P<0.01,P<0.05);与常麻组比较,高对组和高麻组的体重和肝组织OGDH的含量、高对组腓肠肌CS的含量和下丘脑线粒体数量均显著下降(P<0.05,P<0.01),但高对组和高麻组血清TG的含量、高麻组肝组织CS的含量显著升高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。由此认为,高温可降低大鼠体重、血清TC、肝组织OGDH含量,增高血清TG、腓肠肌OGDH、CS含量,中枢神经麻醉对以上结果均有一定的协同作用;中枢神经麻醉可显著增加大鼠下丘脑线粒体数量,高温环境对其增加有一定协同作用。 In this study, we observed the effects of high temperature environment on gastrocnemius and liver citrate synthase (CS), ketoglutarate dehydrogenase (OGDH) contents, hypothalamus mitochondria numbers and other energy metabolism-related indexes in normal and central anesthetized rats.40 SPF grade SD rats were randomly divided into normal temperature control group (normal group),high temperature normal control group (high group),normal temperature central anesthesia group(normal anesthesia group), high temperature central anesthesia group(high anesthesia group).Glucose(GLU),total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and gastrocnemius and liver CS,OGDH were measured after 30 days continuous feeding. The numbers of mitochondria in hypothalamus were also observed. The result showed that both the body weight and liver OGDH in the high group and high anesthesia group, the serum TC in the normal anesthesia group and high anesthesia group, the liver CS in the high group and normal anesthesia group were significantly lower than those in the normal group(P〈0.01 ,P〈0.05).Both the serum TG and gastrocnemius OGDH in the high group and high anesthesia group, and the gastrocnemius CS and hypothalamus mitochondria numbers in the normal anesthesia group and high anesthesia group were significantly higher than those in the normal group(P〈0.01 ,P〈0.05).Both the bodyweight and liver OGDH in the high group and high anesthesia group, and the gastrocnemius CS and hypothalamus mitochondria numbers in the high group were significantly lower than those in the normal anesthesia group(P〈0.01,P〈0.05);The serum TG in the high group and high anesthesia group as well as the liver CS in the high anesthesia group were significantly higher than those in the normal anesthesia group(P 〈0.01, P 〈0.05).As for the conclusion, high temperature can reduce the body weight, serum TC, liver OGDH, and increase serum TG, gastrocnemius OGDH and gastrocnemius CS in rats.Central nervous anesthesia has a certain synergistic effect, and can significantly increase the numbers of hypothalamus mitochondria in rats. High temperature has synergistic effect.
