牛至精油在兽药基础研究中的进展

Progress on Oregano Essential Oil in Basic Veterinary Drug Research

近年来,随着抗生素耐药性的不断加大,广谱耐药菌的增多,寻找抗生素的替代品使越来越多的研究人员眼光积聚于天然新型药物的研发。牛至作为一种多年生草本植物,其精油是一种天然无化学毒性并且具有强抗菌消炎作用的植物精油,在兽药临床研究中扮演重要的角色。论文主要从牛至精油的主要成分、药理作用及提取方面加以论述,为牛至精油的进一步开发利用提供参考。

In recent years, with the continually increased of antibiotic resistance and the spectrum of drug-resistant bacteria, the searching for alternatives to antibiotics made more and more researchers focused on natural new drug research and development. Oregano is a perennial herb, and its essential oil is naturally non-chemically toxic and has strong anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory effects and plays an important role in the clinical research of veterinary drugs.In this paper,the main components, pharmacological effects and extraction methods of oregano essential oils were briefly introducted to provide relevant reference for further development and utilization of oregano essential oil.
