犬圆环病毒病研究进展

Progress on Canine Circovirus

自2012年美国首次报道犬圆环病毒(CanineCV)以来,随后欧洲、北美洲及亚洲等地区陆续从腹泻犬中发现该病毒。犬圆环病毒可感染不同年龄段犬,尤其以幼龄犬感染率较高。该病毒可以感染狼和獾等食肉动物,经常与犬细小病毒发生混合感染,造成犬的出血性腹泻。犬圆环病毒(CanineCV)与其他肠道病毒协同作用,加重胃肠道疾病。然而对于犬圆环病毒病的研究还没有完全深入,论文就目前已知犬圆环病毒病的病原特征与致病性、流行病学、诊断等方面的研究进展进行概述,为犬圆环病毒的研究提供参考。

Since 2012, CanineCV has been firstly reported in serum samples from dogs in United States, subsequent reports from the European region and the Asian region suggest that CanineCV is circulating in dogs, causing haemorrhages.CanineCV can infect not only different ages of dogs, especially in young, but also wolves, badger and other carnivores.CanineCV-infected patients coinfected with CPV2, resulting in hemorrhagic diarrhea in dogs. CanineCV synergies with other enteroviruses, aggravating gastrointestinal disorders. However, the study of canine circovirus is lack of sufficient data on the relevant pathogenic support.We reviewed published papers in canine circovirus characteristics, pathogenicity, epidemiology, diagnosis and other aspects.
