摘要
为进一步了解和研究黄芪多糖不同提取工艺的优缺点,将近年来有关黄芪多糖的溶剂法、酶解法、物理法相关提取工艺的研究报道进行综述。经比较后发现,基于物理原理的微波、超声波辅助提取法、高压脉冲法、组织破碎提取法等新技术,较传统热水浸提法、碱提法、碱醇提取法和酶解法在提取率、提取时间、纯度、能源消耗等方面有较大优势,并且发现不同方法的协同提取也能明显提高黄芪多糖的提取率。虽然目前这些技术没有被广泛的采用,但是随着科技的发展,提取工艺成本的下降,应用于黄芪多糖的高效、节能的提取技术会逐步成为主流。
In order to further study and research the advantages and disadvantages of different extraction technologies of Astragalus polysaccharides, the extraction technologies like solvent method, enzymatic method and physical method were reviewed in this paper.Based on the physical principle of microwave and ultrasonic extraction method, smashing tissue extraction and other new technologies have the advantages compared with the traditional hot water method, alkali extraction method, ethanol-alkali extraction method and enzymatic method in the extraction rate, extraction time, purity, energy consumption and so on, and the different methods of synergistic extractions can obviously improve the extraction rate of Astragalus poly- saccharides.Although these technologies have not been widely used, but with the development of science and technology,the extraction technology cost decline, the application of Astragalus polysaccharides with the efficient, energy-saving extraction technology will gradually become mainstream.
