复方中药对绵羊血液和尿液肾功能指标的影响

Effects of Compound Chinese Herbal Medicine on Renal Function Indexes in Blood and Urine Samples of Sheep

为研究复方中药对舍饲绵羊血液和尿液样本中肾功能指标的影响,探讨复方中药对绵羊尿结石的预防作用。在山西省右玉县某农牧场,选取约25kg的舍饲育肥绵羊60只,随机分为2组,对照组和中药组。对照组饲喂基础日粮,中药组在基础日粮水平上每只羊每日添加复方中药25g,饲喂24d,采集绵羊血液和尿液样品进行测定分析。结果表明,血清中尿素氮、肌酐两组差异极显著(P<0.01),钙、磷、镁含量差异不显著(P>0.05);尿液中磷、pH差异极显著(P<0.01),尿素氮差异显著(P<0.05),肌酐、钙、镁差异不显著(P>0.05)。表明复方中药促进了绵羊肌酐、尿素氮的排泄,降低了尿液pH,减少了磷的排出。

To study the effects of compound traditional Chinese medicine on renal function indexes in blood and urine samples of sheep,and to further explore the prevention of urinary calculi in sheep,in a farm of Youyu county,Shanxi province,60 fattening sheep about 25 kg were randomly divided into 2 groups, control group and traditional Chinese medicine group.The control group was fed with the basal diet,and the Chinese herbal medicine group was fed with 25 g of compound Chinese medicine on the basis of the daily dietary level.The blood and urea samples were collected after 24 days and analyzed.The results showed that the differences of serum urea nitrogen and creatinine were significant （P〈0.01）, while there was no significant difference in calcium, phosphorus and magnesium （P〉0.05）.The differences of phosphorus and p H in urine were significant （P〈0.01）,the difference of urea nitrogen was significant （P〈0.05）,the differences of creatinine, calcium and magnesium were not significant （P 〉0.05）.Compound Chinese medicine promotes the excretion of creatinine and urea nitrogen in sheep, reduces the urine pH and reduces the emission of phosphorus.
