摘要 目前整车电控系统诊断各自分离、诊断工具繁多,故障诊断效率低。基于此,设计开发了一款集成的多功能诊断仪系统,实现一套系统即可满足整车电控系统的诊断需求。本文介绍多功能诊断仪系统的设计与实现过程,并进行台架与实车测试。测试结果表明开发的多功能诊断仪系统可实现整车电控系统的故障诊断,提高故障诊断效率。 At present, the vehicle electronic control system has a wide range of separation and diagnosis tools, and the efficiency of fault diagnosis is low. Based on this, an integrated multi-function diagnosis system is designed and developed to fulfill diagnosis requirements of the electronic control system of the whole vehicle. This paper introduces the design and implementation of a multi-function diagnosis instrument system, and carries out the test on platform and real cars. The test results show that the developed multi-function diagnosis instrument system can realize the fault diagnosis of the whole vehicle electronic control system and improve the efficiency of vehicle fault diagnosis.
