摘要
提取中药有效成分的关键是使提取过程的温度控制,特别是在升温过程中如何控制温度稳定进入亚沸腾状态。根据升温过程的特点提出了基于广义预测的提取升温T-S模糊控制策略,Matlab仿真结果表明提取温度无超调量,平稳进入保温阶段。在工程实践中,PLC以查表的形式确定预测模型参数,同时根据不同的工艺情况,操作人员可实时设置升温过程中的三个关键温度点及对应的蒸汽调节阀开度,使基于广义预测的T-S模糊控制方法的动态校正具有了可操作性。实践结果表明,实现亚沸腾状态控制,提高了提取效率和有效成分的提取率。
The key to extracting the active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine is to control the temperature of the extraction process,especially how to control the temperature into the sub-boiling state during the heating process.According to the characteristics of the heating process,the T-S fuzzy control strategy based on generalized prediction is proposed.The simulation results show that the extraction temperature has no overshoot and enters the insulation stage smoothly.In the engineering practice,PLC uses the form of table to determine the prediction model parameters,and according to different process conditions,the operator can set the temperature in the process of three key temperature points and the corresponding steam control valve opening,based on generalized prediction. The dynamic correction of the T-S fuzzy control method is operable.The results show that the sub-boiling state control is achieved,and the extraction efficiency and the extraction rate of the active ingredient are improved.
