随着互联网技术的不断发展蓬勃下,互联网＋随之诞生。＂互联网＋＂实际上是互联网联系传统行业间形成的一种创新型、线上线下融合发展型的一种新形态。＂互联网＋＂可谓是随着社会创新2.0下萌生的以互联网为载体的行业新发展态势。为此作为疾病控制系统如何良好地利用互联网形态带来的优势,是现疾病控制系统学术界所极为关注的议题。本课题以＂互联网＋＂大背景下,具体就互联网给疾病控制系统带来的工作效率提升、业务创新及信息透明化的三方面进行了概述,介绍了疾病控制系统如何利用互联网迸发出新的活力。同时,就日益明显的传染病控制和预防难题,借助互联网计算机的应用技术、诊断报告分析等手段,构建了以传染病防控、监测功能为主的传染病情报跟踪系统。
