摘要 电网规模在不断地发展扩大,"大运行"的体系也在不断地发展,电网对安全性以及供电稳定性的要求也随之不断增加。电网的告警系统作为电网安全运行的安全监督员,它对电网安全有着非常重要的作用。时序数据库的出现方便了我们进行时标量测,本文将以时标量测为基础,提出用于解决在传统告警方案中不足的电网预警方案。本文的方案主要对告警规则简单、预警机制缺乏以及量测跳变难以捕捉等问题进行了处理,并在实地应用中证明了本文方案的可行性,把电网运行数据信息综合分析,实现了快速告警的机制。 The scale of power grid is expanding continuously,and the system of " big operation" is developing constantly.The demand for safety and power supply stability of power grid is also increasing. As the security supervisor of the power grid,the alarm system plays a very important role in the security of the power grid.The emergence of temporal database is convenient for us to carry out the scalar measurement.Based on time scalar measurement,this paper proposes a power grid early warning plan to solve the shortage in traditional alarm plan.This scheme of simple rules,lack of alarm warning mechanism and measuring the jump to capture other issues to deal with,and prove the feasibility of this program in the field of application,the power grid operation data comprehensive analysis,the mechanism of rapid alarm.
