摘要
针对当前电力设备继电保护状态检测检修问题,提出一种基于多信息采集融合技术与AHP-层次分析的辅助决策系统。对此,结合继电保护多参数运行问题,提出通过JDL模型对状态参数进行处理,并将该模型中处理流程进行设计,以此完成对数据的预处理和对数据的分析。在辅助决策判断阶段,引入AHP层次分析法对继电保护评价指标体系进行构建和权重计算。通过建立因素集和判断矩阵,并通过1-9标度法对判断矩阵进行打分,最后利用模糊综合评价方法完成对不同指标的综合评价,并根据评价标准对继电保护的状态进行判断,分析电力设备中不同继电设备的运行状态。最后利用C++与Mysql数据库完成了对上述系统的开发,并给出了部分界面。通过上述的研究,进一步的充实了继电保护检修判断的实际案例,并大大提高了电力部门运行的自动化要求,为当前电力改革提供了参考。
in view of the current state of power equipment relay protection condition detection and maintenance,a decision support system based on multi information collection and fusion technology and AHP-AHP is proposed. For this purpose,combined with the multi parameter operation problem of relay protection,it is proposed to process the state parameters through the JDL model,and design the processing flow of the model,so as to complete data preprocessing and data analysis.In the auxiliary decision making stage,the AHP analytic hierarchy process is introduced to construct and calculate the index system of relay protection evaluation.Through the establishment of factor set and judgment matrix,and by the 1 - 9 scale method to rate the judgment matrix,finally using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to complete the comprehensive evaluation of different indicators,and to determine the state according to the evaluation standard of the relay protection,analysis of different operating conditions following electrical equipment in power equipment.At last,the system is developed with C++and Mysql database,and some interface is given.Through the above research,we further enrich the actual cases of relay protection and judgement,and greatly improve the automation requirements of the power sector operation,providing a reference for the current power reform.
