猪瘟病毒在宿主细胞中增殖与遗传变异的研究进展

摘要 就瘟病毒属尤其是猪瘟病毒在宿主细胞中的增殖过程及遗传变异两个方面进行了介绍,其中增殖过程主要包括病毒吸附宿主细胞及其内化、基因复制表达、病毒粒子的装配及释放几个步骤,以期为研究瘟病毒在体内的增殖分布规律提供参考。 In order to provide reference for the distribution research of pestiviruses within the host cell,the proliferation process and genetic variations of pestiviruses,especially classical swine fever virus( CSFV) were introduced. The proliferation process includes several key steps,such as the adsorption of virus to host cell and the internalization,the replication and expression of gene,the assembly and release of virus particles.
