叶尖间隙主动控制系统机匣模型试验台设计技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对叶尖间隙主动控制技术的发展需求,以其核心部件可控热变形机匣为对象,进行了模型验证试验台设计技术研究。设计和建立了包括辐射电加热、冷却空气供给和变形/温度测试系统在内的模型验证试验台,完成了模型验证试验台的搭建和典型工况测试。整个试验系统工作状态良好,典型试验中机匣温度分布实测值与设计计算值最大相对误差为5.46%,变形量实测值与计算值最大相对误差为22.42%。上述研究结果表明:提出的可控热变形机匣模型验证试验台设计方案可行,应用的设计方法具有良好的精度。 The design of thermal-deformation controlled engine case was studied according to the development of the active clearance control in turbine aero-engine. The experimental scheme was proposed including the electrical heating system,coolant supply system,temperature and deformation measuring system. Experimental apparatus was established and typical experiments were carried out.Then design was also validated by the typical experimental data. The whole experimental system worked well. The relative maximum case 's temperature difference between the calculation and experiment is about 5. 46%,while the relative maximum case's deformation difference is 22. 42%.All the results show that proposed design method for the thermal-deformation controlled engine case is reasonable,and the accuracy of calculation models is good as well.
