应用PVP与PKP治疗骨质疏松脊柱压缩性骨折的比较

Comparison of PVP and PKP in treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures

目的：研究分析骨质疏松脊柱压缩性骨折病人的临床治疗中运用到PVP与PKP的临床效果比较。方法：在我院接受治疗的骨折疏松脊柱压缩性骨折病人中选取100例，均分2组，其中采用PVP术进行治疗的为观察组，采用PKP术进行治疗的为对照组，对比2组病人的手术情况、手术前后的疼痛评分。结果：观察组病人的手术时间、骨水泥注射量以及手术费用都低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；2组病人手术前后的疼痛程度以及术前的椎体高度无明显差异，不具有统计学意义（P〉O．05）。结论：PVP和PKP都具有一定的疗效，可根据病人的情况为其选择合适的治疗方法。

Objectiv：To investigate and analyze the clinical effect of PVP and PKP in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture. Methods： select 100 patients in our hospital for treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture patients, were divided into 2 groups, including the use of PVP therapy for experimental group 1, were treated with PKP surgery for the experimental group 2, two groups were compared before and after operation, postoperative pain score. Results： the 1 groups of patients with operation time, bone cement injection volume and operation cost were lower than the experimental group 2, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; height had no significant difference between the two groups of patients before and after surgery pain and preoperative vertebral was not statistically significant （ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion： both PVP and PKP had certain curative effect, and the proper treatment could be chosen according to the patient＇s condition.
