中草药浸浴烧伤患者康复期微循环改变的应用研究

Application of microcirculation in rehabilitation period of Chinese herbal medicine bath burn patients

目的：研究探讨中草药浸浴烧伤患者康复期微循环改变的应用，以便于促进烧伤患者康复期的治疗以及患者功能的恢复，从而帮助患者改善微循环，达到治疗的效果。方法：选择2013年1月～2017年5月在我院住院治疗的烧伤患者30例作为本次实验的对象，选择自动调节温度的浴缸对所选取的30名康复期的烧伤患者经中草药浸浴治疗，以便于帮助患者减少渗血，观察患者的治疗效果。结果：在进行中草药浸浴治疗前，康复期烧伤患者的微循环主要体现在畸形率比较高，汗腺较多，血管渗出严重。在进行中草药浸浴治疗后，患者的微循环畸形得到明显的改善，渗血减少，与治疗前相比较，P〈0．05，有统计学意义。结论：对于烧伤患者的康复期来说，虽然治疗后病情好转，但是微循环紊乱是存在的，在很大程度上影响了患者的预后，因此，采取中草药浸浴治疗，可以帮助患者改善微循环症状，从而促进患者的身心康复，而且作用的时间相对较短，见效快，治疗效果较好，可以减轻疾病为患者带来的痛苦。

Objectiv：To explore the application of microcireulation in the rehabilitation period of Chinese herbal medicine in patients with bums, so as to promote the treatment of patients with burns and the recovery of patients＇function, so as to help patients improve the microcireulation and achieve the therapeutic effect. Methods： Thirty patients with burns who were hospitalized in our hospital from January 2013 to May 2017 were selected as the subjects of this experiment. The baths were selected to adjust the temperature of the bath. Treatment, in order to help patients to reduce bleeding, observe the patient＇s treatment. Results： Before the treatment of Chinese herbal medicine, the microcireulation of burn patients was mainly manifested in the high rate of deformity, more sweat glands and severe exudation of blood vessels. After the treatment of Chinese herbal medicine, patients with microcirculation abnormalities were significantly improved, decreased bleeding, compared with before treatment, P 〈0.05, was statistically significant. Conclusion： For the rehabilitation of burn patients, although the condition improved after treatment, but the microcireulation disorder is present, to a large extent affected the prognosis of patients, therefore, take herbal bathing treatment, can help patients improve microcireulation Symptoms, so as to promote the patient＇s physical and mental rehabilitation, and the role of the time was relatively short, quick, better treatment, could reduce the pain caused by the disease.
