中国五人制足球发展现状、问题与对策

Current Situation, Problems and Countermeasures of China Futsal Development

采用文献资料法、调查法等研究方法,对我国五人制足球运动发展现状进行调查分析。研究表明,起步晚,人才匮乏;竞赛少,组织难;教练员队伍整体素质不高;经费短缺,商业化程度低等是我国五人制足球运动发展存在的主要问题。做好普及与推广,提升教练员水平,科学选材和组织训练,创建和优化竞赛环境,加快市场开发进程,提高五人制足球运动体育产业化水平,是我国五人制足球运动可持续发展的可行路径。

With the literature, survey and other methods, this paper investigated and analyzed the current situation of the Futsal in China. The results showed that late beginning the lack of talent and competition, the difficulty of organizing, the shortage of highly qualified coaches and funds, and the low commercialization were themain problems in the China Futsal development. This paper put forward some countermeasures that relevant departments should popularize the movement, improve coaches level, scientifically select players and organize training, create and optimize competition environment, speed up market development process and improve the industrialization level of Futsal sports.
