Research Status and Therapeutic Mechanism of Chronic Abacterial Prostatitis

慢性非细菌性前列腺炎(CAP)是中老年男性常见的多发病,由于其发病机制不确切,治疗效果并不理想,运动疗法为CAP的辅助治疗提供了新的思路和方法。采用文献资料法对CAP运动疗法的研究现状进行了归纳整理,并就运动疗法的治疗机理进行了探讨,旨在为CAP的康复治疗提供借鉴和参考。

Chronic abacterial prostatitis （CAP） is a common and frequently occurring disease in middle and old aged men. Due to the pathogenesis of CAP is not exact, the therapeutic effect is not ideal, and exercise therapy provides a new way of thinking for CAP＇s adjuvant therapy. The research status of CAP sports therapy was summarized by literature method, and the mechanism of sports therapy was discussed in order to provide references for rehabilitation treatment of CAP.
