摘要
目的为提高中学健美操教学效果,结合我国健美操和街舞各自的优势元素,对健美操教学模式进行适当调整。方法采取用文献资料法、数理统计法、问卷调查法和实验法,以北京化工大学附属中学的健美操选修课为研究对象进行教学实验研究,以分析传统健美操课程与融入街舞元素对中学生身体素质和学习效果的影响。结果融入街舞元素的健美操课程中,学生学习效果明显好于(p<0.05)传统健美操课程;相比传统健美操课程,融入街舞元素的健美操课程提高学生下肢爆发力素质、柔韧素质和腰腹力量(p<0.05)更加明显。学生对融入街舞健美操课程产生较强的兴趣,并有助于学生提高自信心。
Objective To improve the teaching effect of aerobics in middle school, combining the advantages of aerobics and hip-hop in our country, the teaching mode of aerobics is adjusted properly. Methods Beijing University of Chemical Technology affiliated middle school aerobics elective course was selected as the research object, by using the method of literature, mathematical statistics, questionnaire and experimental method, to analyse the influence of traditional aerobics course and the integration of hip-hop element on the physical quality and the learning effect of the middle school students. Results and Conclusion The integration of hip-hop element was obvious affected students' learning effects than of(p〈0.05) traditional aerobics course. Compared with the traditional aerobics course, the aerobics curriculum incorporating hip -hop elements improved the explosive strength, flexibility and waist and abdomen strength of students (p〈0.05). Students have strong interests in the integration of hip-hop aerobics courses which can help students improving their self-confidence.
