摘要 针对电网基建项目可研评审目前存在的问题,依据国家电网公司优化业务流程,实现业务流程标准化和信息化的要求,以电网基建项目可研评审核心业务需求为基础,采用互联网及信息技术,提出了一种基于"互联网+"的可研评审平台,实现评审业务之间的融合,评审业务与技术的融合,为项目评审提供智能化的信息化评审手段,显著提升了全省电网可研评审质量和评审效率。 The requirements of business process standardization and informatization are realized against the problems existing in the research and review of power grid infrastructure projects.This paper presents an "Internet+" based research and evaluation platform on the basis of core business requirements of power grid infrastructure project and adopts the Internet and the information technology, realizesd convergence among review systems, of business and technology,provides an intelligent information review method for the project review,and greatly improves the quality and evaluation efficiency of the whole provineal power grid.
