歧管接口冲压成形研究

摘要 成形制造技术及装备水平已成为衡量一个国家制造水平的重要标志,在很大程度上决定产品的质量、效益和开发能力。随着汽车轻量化的大势所趋以及发动机增压导致的排气温度升高,排气歧管过去采用铸造制品,现在正在用耐热性高的薄板不锈钢制管或冲压制品代替,不锈钢排气歧管已经被大量的应用于汽油机中。结合国内外不锈钢歧管的最新成形研究成果及其工业应用,针对目前国内不锈钢歧管冲压成形对接口部缺损现状,提出不锈钢歧管板料冲压成形工艺改进与模具设计改进的若干问题。 Forming manufacturing technology and equipment level have become an important symbol for manufacturing level of a country, and to a great extent it determines the quality,benefit and development ability in production.With the lightweight of automobile and the increase of the exhaust temperature caused by engine pressurization,the exhaust manifold a hot-rolled product is now being replaced with a thin stainless steel tube or punched product with high heat resistance,and stainless steel exhaust manifold has been widely used in gasoline engines.With the latest research results and industrial application of stainless steel manifolds at home and abroad, some faults of improvement of stamping forming process and improvement of mold design are put forward aiming at the situation of interface defect of domestic stainless steel manifold stamping and forming at present.
