摘要 目的研究雷公藤200℃烘箱煨制后化学成分含量变化,探讨雷公藤煨制减毒增效机制。方法分别以雷公藤甲素、雷公藤红素和雷公藤次碱为对照,用紫外-可见分光光度法测定雷公藤总二萜、总三萜及总生物碱的含量。结果雷公藤药材煨制后总二萜、总三萜和总生物碱的含量显著下降,降幅均超过7%,其中总生物碱降幅最大,达28.40%。结论雷公藤煨制后对其化学成分有显著影响,其煨制减毒增效可能主要与生物碱类成分变化有关。 OBJECTIVE To study on the constituent change of Tripterygium wilfordii after roasting processing at 200℃ and disclose the mechanism involving reducing toxicity and enhancing efficacy. METHODS The content of total diterpenoids,triterpenes and alkaloids were determined by UV-Vis spectrophotometry using triptolide, celastrol and wilforine as the control. RESULTS The content of total diterpenes,triterpenes and alkaloids decreased signifi- cantly after processing. The decrease was all over 7% ,and the total alkaloids dropped the largest ,reaching 28.40%. CONCLUSION The chemical constituents of Tripterygium wilfordii significantly changed after processing. The mechanism involving reducing toxicity and enhancing efficacy manly associated with the decrease of total alkaloids.
